A player or coach who tests positive for COVID-19 or who has had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19 must comply with the CDC, State, County and Municipal COVID quarantine requirements as applicable to their place of residence. That player or coach must also adhere to the CDC, State, County and/or Municipal COVID-19 quarantine requirements of the rink(s) where they played and/or are planning to play in upcoming weeks and provide contact tracing information as required by the local authorities.
